4 Simple Steps

Our Admissions Process

We understand that reaching out for help is often a very challenging step to take. We care about your unique situation. We are committed to do everything we can to answer your questions and make the admissions process as simple as possible.

1) Give Us a Call or Send Us an E-mail

When you contact us a trained admissions coordinator will answer the phone or read your e-mail. We’ll answer any questions you may have about our programme and our admissions process. Our admissions coordinator will help you take the next step in your recovery process.

2) Verify Medical Aid

We’ll work with you to verify your medical aid benefits. You can do this over the phone with us or by e-mailing us your medical aid information at

3) Fill Out Our Online Application

Before we can officially admit you to our programme, we ask that each client fills out our online application form. The form takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Make sure you have access to medical aid information, basic addiction medical information, and billing information.

4) Schedule Your Start Date

Once we’ve reviewed your application and you’ve made your initial R 5,000 deposit (required for incidentals), we’ll schedule a start date (most of our clients are able to start immediately).
